Edward, update

I took Edward and Luigi outside (attempting to call my father). While they roamed, i typed while standing at the rail. I watched as Edward took great interest in something at the edge of the fence. He pounced and fiddled around, and as i reached him i heard a squeal, and he trotted off.

He killed a vole.

Which, i have to say, is far more agreeable than trapping them. Voles girdle small trees, and i really don't want to loose the trees in the orchard to voles.

Between him and Greycie Loo, the fenced in yard will experience quite a bit of predation. I'll need to do what i can to keep bird attractants growing OUTSIDE the fence.
