Bleh. I feel down and overwhelmed.
Taking part of today off was good, in that i think i'm recovering from listening to my brother talk about my mom. We had some good discussions on our roadtrip about our childhood, but it's not *easy* to talk about.
I asked that i no longer be the liaison to the other congregation which uses our Meetinghouse, and i bailed on an article i was going to write for the newsletter today.
I wonder how my need to be creative -- and the time and space that takes -- conflicts with what i believe is my need to participate in community.
My respiratory system is healthier than it's been in -- what, six, seven weeks! Sadly, i bit the inside of my lip and now its ulcerated and inflamed. It feels inflamed in my jaw and cheek, beyond the presenting ulcer.
Long work day tomorrow with a ride for a colleague and library committee stuff .
